If you are unsure about what length of cane you need, the standard length is 36 inches but you may require a custom fit. You can measure your old cane, consult a therapist, or measure the distance from your wrist bone to the floor with your hand hanging loose to determine the correct length for you.

For those who need a cane shorter than 36 inches, our standard canes can be easily cut to size using a wood saw. Alternatively, you can order a custom-length cane, which will take approximately 4-5 weeks to be completed. If you require a cane longer than 36 inches, we can create custom canes up to 41 inches, with a similar handling time for custom orders.

To order a custom-length cane, simply send us a message before placing your order. You can also replace the rubber cane tip with a different tip that has an internal diameter of 7/8 inches. Each cane comes with a spare cane tip, and wide-base cane tips are also available for purchase.
